Terms & Conditions — 333vv Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "333vv" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to 333vv, the internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at https://333vv.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised URLs.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform's services.
• "Account" — the unique, personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, exclusive of any bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Use of the 333vv Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 333vv applies a minimum age threshold of 21 years, consistent with Indonesian legal and social norms governing participation in gambling activities.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of 333vv or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 333vv or had an Account closed by 333vv for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion scheme or gambling exclusion register in any jurisdiction that would prohibit your participation.

To access the full range of services offered by 333vv — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and bonus participation — you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must immediately update your Account details if any information changes. 333vv accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending.
• Account activation: 333vv reserves the right to decline any account registration request without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 333vv strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

You must notify 333vv immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 333vv will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access that occurred prior to you notifying us, provided that 333vv's own systems were not at fault.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not access the Platform from shared or public devices without ensuring you log out and clear session data after each use.
• Do not permit any other person to place bets or conduct transactions through your Account.

333vv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement specified at the time of issue. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be met entirely using the player's real-money Balance or Bonus Funds as directed; bets placed on certain game categories (including live dealer baccarat, roulette, and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

• Abuse prevention: 333vv reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusive betting, or any form of gaming pattern designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than engage in genuine wagering.
• Modification: 333vv may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including the amendment of wagering requirements for currently active bonuses where permitted by applicable law.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 333vv Platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 333vv. 333vv reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, 333vv reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Winnings generated from manifest errors will not be paid and will be removed from Accounts.
• Results: Game and sports event results are final once confirmed by 333vv. For sports betting, results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. Subsequent amendments to official results (e.g., disciplinary decisions, result reversals) will not retroactively alter settled bets unless 333vv's specific rules for that market explicitly provide otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by 333vv at any time.
• RTP disclosure: All slot titles and RNG-based games in the 333vv library carry a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. This figure represents the theoretical long-run return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333vv Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333vv's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333vv expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, or data.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or delays caused by events beyond 333vv's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, server failures, natural disasters, government action, or acts of third-party service providers.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided on the Platform for informational purposes (such as sports statistics or game descriptions).
• Any loss arising from a Player's own failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility violations, KYC non-compliance, or breach of account security obligations.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, whether or not 333vv had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 333vv's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

333vv collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and the provision of gaming services. The collection and processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with 333vv's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 333vv and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
